MindTherapy will introduce paid plans once we leave early access. Anyone who joined us during this phase will get a discount on whatever plan they choose — that's our way of saying thank you for trusting us early. We'll tell you long before anything changes.

What does "free during early access" actually include?
All of it. AAC boards, routines, parent reports, multiple profiles, AI image and audio generation — with monthly limits on AI features for everyone. Individual users get the full product end-to-end while we're in early access; clinics and teams can ask us for higher AI limits.
When do paid plans arrive?
We'll introduce paid plans after we leave the early-access phase. We don't have a fixed date — we'd rather get the product right than rush a billing flow. We'll announce changes well in advance.
How big is the early-user discount?
We're not committing to a specific percentage yet, but it'll be meaningful. Joining during early access is what locks it in — we'll honour it for everyone who has an active account when paid plans go live.
What's actually different about the clinic plan?
The product is the same. Clinics, schools and hospitals get higher monthly AI limits for the team, priority support, and early access to new features before public release. It's the wrapper around the core product — not a different product.
What happens to my data when paid plans launch?
Your account, your content, your reports — all of it stays yours. When paid plans arrive, you choose whether to upgrade. Nothing is held hostage; nothing is deleted as a pressure tactic. If you stay free with what's available at the time, you stay free.
